Hi, We’re Third Sphere. It’s nice to meet you. Over the last 8 years, you’ve come to expect great content on startups, climate, and cities from us. But this email is different. Let us explain.
In 2013 we set out as Urban Us to upgrade cities for climate change. After investing in over 100 early-stage teams, we’re super proud of the results - 6 exits, 3 climate unicorns, and outsized impact of 30 million Mt CO2e.
Our journey allowed us to recruit more than 12,000 people to join us in supporting founders. Over the last two years, the pandemic created multiple new opportunities for us to work together - interest in climate action surged and remote work transformed our ability to make more and better connections.
Third Sphere is much more than a new logo. (hint - new thesis, new tools, etc).
